8:00 am – 8:00 pm IST, every day. Calls, WhatsApp messages and sessions all happen inside those hours, and only inside them. Please do not call or message outside them — she will not answer, and the message will be read the next morning.
The hours are Indian Standard Time. If you are elsewhere, work out your own time before you write: it is the clock in Delhi that decides, not the one in front of you.
