Agreeing to these terms

By using this website or arranging a consultation through it, you accept what is set out here. If you do not, please do not use the site. These terms are between you and Sapnaa Khemani, practising from Delhi-NCR, India.

What is offered

Consultations in tarot, numerology, Nadi astrology, palmistry, Vastu, name and signature analysis, logo and brand analysis, Akashic card reading, automatic writing, remedies and healing, and runes — together with speaking engagements and podcast appearances.

These are offered for guidance and personal insight. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial services, and they are not a substitute for any of them. Please read the Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending the session request form or a WhatsApp message is an enquiry, not a booking. Nothing is confirmed until Sapnaa has replied and the two of you have agreed a date, a time and a fee. She may decline any enquiry, and does not have to give a reason.

Sessions are held in person across Delhi-NCR and online for clients elsewhere. Where a session happens online, you are responsible for your own connection and for somewhere quiet to take it.

Fees and payment

No payment is ever taken on this website. There is no cart, no card form and no payment gateway here. Fees are quoted and settled directly with Sapnaa, in Indian Rupees unless something else is agreed, and are payable as arranged when the session is confirmed.

Should anyone ask you to pay through this website, it is not her. Please tell her before you send anything.

Changing or cancelling a session

• Tell her as early as you reasonably can if you need to move or cancel a session, and it will be rescheduled where her diary allows.
• If she has to move a session, she will offer you another time or return any fee already paid for it.
• Arriving late shortens the session rather than extending it, so the appointment after yours is not pushed back.
• A session that has taken place cannot be refunded on the basis that you did not like what was said. What is said is honest, and honesty is not always welcome.

Using the site properly

You may read, print and share these pages for your own use. You may not copy the site’s text, illustrations, photographs or design for your own commercial purposes, scrape it, or use it to train a model, without her written permission.

You agree not to send anything through the form that is unlawful, abusive or deliberately false, and not to use the enquiry channels to send bulk or automated messages.

What is yours and what is hers

The words, illustrations, photographs and design of this site belong to Sapnaa or are used by her with permission. What you tell her in a session remains yours and is treated as confidential; she will not repeat it, and she will not publish anything about your reading without asking you first.

Links elsewhere

This site links to WhatsApp, YouTube and Instagram. Those services are not hers and are not covered by these terms. Once you leave, their rules apply.

Limits of responsibility

Consultations are given in good faith and to the best of her skill. No particular outcome is promised, and decisions you take afterwards remain your own. So far as the law permits, Sapnaa is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a reading or from use of this site, and any liability that cannot be excluded is limited to the fee paid for the session in question.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything else that Indian law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
